Lil Tjay might be in trouble after PlaqueBoyMax hinted at legal action over Tjay using his image for some “No Smoking” merch.
The drama kicked off when Tjay flaunted a hoodie featuring that viral clip where Max tried to stop him and Fivio Foreign from smoking up during his Airbnb stream. Tjay made a show of taking off his jacket and dancing to his and Fivio’s Max diss track, putting the logo on full display.
In the caption, Tjay advertised that the t-shirt version is available worldwide, pointing fans to his TikTok bio for the store link. The “No Smoking” gear runs $45 for a tee and $75 for a hoodie. Same prices apply for the “No Smoking Indoors” designs. You can grab them here.
Max later caught wind of the TikTok during his stream and warned his viewers he’s taking legal action against Tjay for profiting off his image without consent.
“Lil Tjay, I’m suing the shit out of you,” Max announced. “I’m taking all earnings. I’m suing the shit out of you all earnings going to Five Star Incorporation pockets. Just so ns know, and don’t try to call me Drake either ’cause I’m letting you ns know beforehand.”
The beef keeps heating up after Max’s recent musical comeback at Fivio. The Brooklyn rapper had dropped bars saying, “And my real name Max / And I really got plaques / Double digits, no cap / I’m the real Plaqueboymax.”
Max wasn’t having it, jumping on his livestream to fire back with: “Bitch, I’m Plaqueboymax / They want smoke in here / Take they ass to the back / Ho stupid, she Fivio Foreign.”
