Benji Madden dropped a sweet double celebration for Cameron Diaz with a rare Instagram update.
Timing it with Diaz’s Netflix comeback in Back In Action with Jamie Foxx on Friday (Jan. 18), Madden shared some pics – one showing Diaz rocking red lips and a sparkly dress, another featuring the couple in a selfie. The pair, who are parents to two surrogate-born kids – Raddix, 5, and baby Cardinal from last year – got extra mushy.
“This is my QUEEN I celebrate this BAD ASS WOMAN,” Madden gushed. “Wife, Mommy, friend, partner, Boss, and lover. We just hit 10 YEARS married on January 5th and every year only gets more fulfilling.”
“It’s special. Never perfect- always real- always reliable,” he poured his heart out. “Every day getting to have my best friend with me ride or die….what a beautiful life- I am GRATEFUL!!! and ANOTHER MiLESTONE happening TOMORROW!!!We are SO happy to see you….BACK IN ACTION!!….Congrats baby!!”
During a Fortune panel in October, Diaz shared how Madden pushed her to jump back into movies with Back In Action after stepping away from Hollywood.
“My husband, who is the best—he was like, ‘You’ve been supporting us and building the family’ and supporting him in his businesses, he’s like, ‘It’s time for us to support you and let Mommy ascend and do her thing,'” the Avaline wine founder recalled at around 14 minutes in. “He’s like, ‘Let me see you do it, girl.’ I was like, ‘All right, here we go.'”
