Katt Williams is back sharing his disturbing encounters with Harvey Weinstein, telling Theo Von how the now-fallen movie mogul casually tried to hand over “two actresses” like they were poker chips.
About two hours into their smoke-filled chat, Theo brought up the topic of stars being pressured into “sexual compromises” for fame. Katt took a minute before broadening the scope, saying this stuff goes way beyond showbiz.
“Not entertainment, exclusively,” Williams said. “Politics, religion, science. Everywhere. Some of this is human nature, right? Because we listen and we don’t judge.”
When Theo asked about Katt’s personal red flags in the industry, the conversation turned to Weinstein – adding to what Katt spilled in that viral Shannon Sharpe interview last year about the convicted sex offender and former Weinstein Company boss.
“Most of the stuff I wouldn’t have believed until I had to get to a certain level to get to see the proof,” Williams said. “I was as shocked as anybody about how powerful Harvey Weinstein was at the time that I was meeting with him and how he could not be told no, that he gets whatever he wants. You follow what I’m saying? And I thought that didn’t apply to me because I don’t care about nothing. … And then he offered me two actresses like they was playing cards. I was like, what?”
Katt kept it brief about what went down, but shared his personal rule for dealing with sketchy situations, which Theo thought could work in other areas too.
“Look, in these scary situations, I don’t even leave it up to me,” Katt said. “I’m gon’ do what the superhero would do in this part of the movie, regardless, and deal with what happens after. Just because, it’s a story and I know it’s a story. It’s my story.”
During his talk with Shannon back in January 2024, Katt dropped another bomb, claiming Weinstein had “offered to suck my penis in front of all my people at my agency.”
Weinstein’s heading back to the courtroom this week for a new trial after his New York conviction got tossed out – totally separate from when he got nailed for rape in Los Angeles back in 2022.
