Justin Baldoni drops a website to fight back against Blake Lively’s sexual misconduct claims.
TMZ says Baldoni’s new site features his updated lawsuit against Lively and Ryan Reynolds, along with a detailed timeline of everything that went down in the case.
According to Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman, the site lays out the whole story chronologically, kicking off with how Baldoni got the rights to It Starts With Us. You can even check out texts and emails between Baldoni and Lively.
Word is, Baldoni put the site up to shut down Lively’s accusations and give fans direct access to the court docs.
Earlier this month, Baldoni hit back with a massive $400 million lawsuit against the couple, claiming civil extortion, defamation, and false light invasion of privacy.
Bryan Freedman, Baldoni’s attorney, says his client’s got tons of solid evidence showing how “Blake Lively and her team tried to take down Justin Baldoni and his crew.”
Freedman called out Lively’s evidence as being “heavily edited” and “baseless.”
“We’re ready to show everything – complete texts, emails, videos, everything shared between them at the time. This isn’t a fight she’s gonna win, and she’ll wish she never started it,” Freedman threw down.
Just days after filing suit, Baldoni dropped raw footage from It Ends With Us that he says proves her sexual harassment claims wrong. The clip shows Lively commenting on Baldoni’s nose size, which he brought up in his lawsuit.
Lively and Reynolds just asked the court to stop Freedman and Baldoni’s legal team from what they call “shady moves,” including what they say is a “harassing media smear campaign.”
Their letter calls out the release of uncut movie footage, which Lively’s side claims “backs up everything Ms. Lively said” in her December sexual harassment allegations.
“I hope my lawsuit exposes these evil revenge tactics used to hurt people who speak up about misconduct and helps protect future victims,” Lively said after filing.
