Ye is ready to battle ex-wife Kim Kardashian over their daughter North West’s name trademark.
On Saturday (March 15), the rapper formerly known as Kanye West fired off several posts on X revealing Kim’s move to claim exclusive ownership of North’s name trademarks. His first tweet showed a document stating Kim is the “sole and exclusive owner” of trademarks related to North’s name, claiming Ye’s use of it violates their custody agreement.
“This happened without me being aware How do you guys feel about this,” Ye asked followers. In a second post, he shared an alleged text exchange with Kim about the trademark issue.
“I’m never speaking with you again,” Ye wrote. Kim replied, “I asked u at the time if I can trademark her name You said yes when she’s 18 it goes to her so stop I sent paper work over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song To protect her One person has to trademark! We agreed when they were born I would get all of our kids names and trademarks So no one else would take them.”
Ye then threatened, “Amend it or I’m going to war And neither of us will recover from the public fallout You’re going to have to kill me.”

Ye continued, claiming the “Kardashian mob,” Hulu and Disney have stripped away his parental authority as part of a “bigger agenda to use the selectively bred Black children to be platforms to influence Black people.”

He added, “Just seeing my kids is like visitation… it’s like I’m in prison ‘seeing’ my kids.” He wrapped up his rant by dismissing the opinions of “p***y ass celebrities” who are “slaves to the Jews.”

Ye has now released the disputed Diddy track “LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE,” featuring King Combs, North West and Chicago artist Jasmine Williams, whom Ye signed. Check it out below.
