50 Cent has posted a video allegedly showing protesters being paid to rock “Free Diddy” t-shirts outside a NYC courthouse during his sex trafficking and racketeering trial.
“So, these are all paid protestors, you can get $20 an hour if you wear a t-shirt,” a woman claimed in the clip, though its authenticity remains questionable. The woman asked someone nearby if she was “recruited,” and she answered that she “refused” to join in. “He told me it’s for a ‘Diddy coin,’ so I’m not really sure what that is. … They just tried to pay me $20 to wear a ‘Free Puffy’ shirt. … I said no.” She mentioned that another woman told her she earned $60 for participating on a different day.
While it’s not clear if the video is fake or actually connected to Diddy, 50 Cent found it absolutely hilarious. “Diddy paying people to wear ‘Free Diddy’ shirts is diabolical, but $20 a hour ain’t bad,” he wrote. “I might go throw that on for a hour tomorrow. LOL.”
50 Cent has been all over Diddy’s ongoing trial, constantly sharing his take on the proceedings and never passing up a chance to roast the fallen Bad Boy Records founder. In a recent Instagram post, he shared an AI-generated clip showing Diddy holding hands with another inmate and sipping from a bottle of baby oil. He also mocked him over a recent lawsuit that compared his private parts to a Tootsie Roll.
In a somewhat more serious post, he responded to Cassie’s testimony where she described years of abuse she suffered from Diddy, suggesting he should’ve taken a plea deal if her allegations are true. “The shit they are saying is beyond me,” he wrote.
