Dakota Johnson shared a hilariously bizarre dream she had, where The 1975’s Matty Healy played the role of a murderer—who somehow kept escaping the cops by transforming into asparagus.
Speaking on Amy Poehler’s Good Hang podcast, Dakota said, “I actually had a dream the other night… Matty Healy from The 1975 was in my dream and he was murdering people, and he was Matty Healy as himself.”
Things got even weirder when she recalled that he managed to dodge the police by turning into a literal piece of asparagus.
And just when you think it couldn’t get stranger—Angelina Jolie made a surprise cameo… also as asparagus. “I saw these two poles and a bed, and I was like, ‘Matty?,’” Dakota said. “The sheets came down and it was him as an asparagus and Angelina Jolie as an asparagus. They were getting married, and they left in a helicopter together as asparagus.”
Dakota Johnson said she told her then-boyfriend Chris Martin about the wild dream, and he actually saw potential in it.
“Chris was like, ‘That’s a really good pitch for a movie,’” she recalled.
Interestingly, this comes just after People reported that Dakota and the Coldplay frontman have broken up after eight years together. According to a source, the split “feels final this time.”
