When Brittany and Patrick Mahomes first announced they were expecting, fans were thrilled — but on Thursday, June 12, the NFL power couple gave everyone the moment they’d been waiting for: a first look at baby Golden.
In a heartwarming joint Instagram post, the longtime sweethearts — who began dating back in their Texas teen years and tied the knot in 2022 — revealed their 5-month-old daughter’s face for the very first time, along with a series of adorable family photos.
“What truly matters,” Brittany, 29, captioned the post.
The collection featured a cozy barefoot family portrait, sweet solo shots of their 4-year-old daughter Sterling and 2-year-old son Bronze, and a tender close-up of Brittany cradling little Golden.
Fans wasted no time filling the comments with love and excitement.
“Omggg Golden is ALLL PATRICK!!! I love it! She’s so beautiful!” one fan gushed.
“Not Golden being the most precious thing I’ve ever seen,” another wrote.

While Brittany and Patrick, co-owners of the Kansas City Current, have shared glimpses of baby Golden before, Brittany made it clear earlier this year that they were keeping her face under wraps for a bit. “You can’t see her and won’t for a while,” she said in a March Instagram Story.
As for adding more little ones to the Mahomes squad?
“Nope, we’re done,” Brittany said during the June 11 episode of WHOOP after host Will Ahmed noted they’d had three kids in four years. “I don’t know, I mean I feel like you can never like say you’re done, but I think three is all I need.”
