Halle Bailey appears to be enjoying a new summer romance, as paparazzi caught her getting cozy with a mystery man while vacationing on a yacht.
Currently filming a new project in Italy, the actress-singer was spotted in a series of photos posted by The Shade Room on Tuesday (July 1). The carousel shows Bailey taking a dip in the water while her new companion watches nearby, the two sharing a kiss, swimming together, and later, Bailey posing for solo shots on the yacht deck.
Though she hasn’t publicly confirmed a new relationship, the photos suggest she’s moved on from her ex, DDG, amid their ongoing custody battle over their 18-month-old son, Halo. Over the past month, the situation between the former couple has become increasingly tense, with both parties leveling domestic violence accusations at each other.
Bailey previously claimed in court documents that DDG assaulted her in front of their son, allegedly slamming her head against a steering wheel and chipping her tooth. She also accused him of breaking into her home, taking photos of her bedroom, and accusing her of being with someone else.
DDG initially filed a motion to prevent Bailey from taking Halo out of the country, which the court denied. However, he was granted supervised visitation while in Italy.
As their custody fight continues, DDG recently shared on a livestream that he would consider using a fertility clinic for any future children to avoid going through co-parenting again.
