Diddy’s legal troubles are only deepening, as a new lawsuit has been filed—this time by a male escort who claims he was exploited and left traumatized after being involved with the music mogul and his ex-girlfriend, Cassie.
Fresh off his acquittal on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, Diddy is now facing a lawsuit from Clayton Howard, who alleges he was hired back in 2009 to participate in the mogul’s infamous “freak-offs.” According to TMZ, Howard claims Diddy and Cassie drugged, manipulated, and coerced him into these wild, drug-fueled sex parties—an experience Cassie herself has previously described as “disgusting” and “humiliating.”
Howard says he reluctantly had unprotected sex with Cassie on multiple occasions and later contracted an STD. He also claims she became pregnant and had an abortion without telling him. In an interview with RadarOnline, he shared that Cassie tearfully admitted the pregnancy was his: “She told me that she had been pregnant and was sure it was my child… She claimed that she hadn’t wanted to do it. I had no choice but to forgive her.”
Despite that, he says Cassie continued insisting on unprotected sex, assuring him she was on birth control.
Howard, who reportedly went by “Dave” during his time working Diddy’s parties, says he was trafficked over a five-year span to fulfill the couple’s “sexual fetishes and personal ambitions.” He accuses Cassie of forcing him to take ecstasy and engage in grueling masturbation sessions that left him physically injured.
He claims the entire ordeal left him with emotional trauma, expensive medical bills, lost income, and a shattered quality of life.
The lawsuit lands just one day after Diddy was found guilty of a lesser charge—transportation with intent to commit prostitution. His sentencing is scheduled for October 3, and he could face up to 20 years in prison.
