Diddy Hit with Fresh Allegations as Male Street Artist Files Sexual Assault Case

A new rape lawsuit has hit Diddy, filed by a street musician, according to TMZ.

The suit details how a man, identified as John Doe, was playing guitar and singing outside an LA club when someone claiming to work for Diddy as a talent scout approached him. After getting invited to one of Diddy’s parties, the performer went to his house where Diddy allegedly chatted about music and offered him a drink.

Things took a dark turn when Doe praised Diddy’s jewelry. After being invited to check out the collection, Doe claims he started feeling woozy and unsteady. That’s when Diddy allegedly popped the question “Have you ever sucked a dick before?”

Despite Doe’s refusal, he claims Diddy said “You should try it,” exposed himself, and forced oral sex before allegedly proceeding with anal rape as Doe blacked out.

The next morning, Doe says he woke up to someone giving him an IV at the house before being dropped back at the club. The lawsuit, filed by Tony Buzbee – who’s representing other Diddy accusers – seeks damages for physical pain, mental trauma, and humiliation.

Diddy’s team fired back, calling the allegations “racially ridiculous” and “demonstrably false,” vowing to fight this and all other cases in court.

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” said Diddy’s legal team. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

Meanwhile, Ye jumped on X with some surprising support for Diddy, posting “FREE PUFF” and revealing a Sean Jean collab project they were working on before jail time.
