Blueface’s ban from the Las Vegas Strip has been lifted following his 2022 shooting case.

Nearly four years after being banned from the Las Vegas Strip, Blueface has officially had the restriction lifted — though he remains behind bars.

According to KLAS, Clark County District Judge Kathleen Delaney removed the ban on Tuesday (Oct. 7), with the condition that the 28-year-old rapper may only visit the Strip for work-related purposes. The update comes as Blueface continues to serve time in a California state prison for violating probation in a separate assault case.

The rapper was originally banned following a 2022 shooting outside the Euphoric Gentleman’s Club in Las Vegas, where one person was injured. Blueface was initially charged with attempted murder before taking a plea deal that reduced the charges to battery and discharging a firearm into an occupied structure. He received three years of probation, with a suspended two-to-five-year sentence contingent on compliance.

The club later sued Blueface for damages, winning a $13 million judgment after claiming the incident led to the loss of its licenses and permanent closure.

Earlier this year, a bench warrant was issued for Blueface after he violated probation when a viral video showed him encouraging his fiancée to hit another woman onstage. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, but since he was already incarcerated in California, he received credit for time served.

In the California case, stemming from a 2021 assault and drug possession incident, Blueface’s earliest possible parole hearing is scheduled for December 2025.
