Cardi B Urges Fans to Back Off BIA After Performing Diss Track in Her Home State

Cardi B made it clear she’s got things handled when it comes to BIA during her Boston stop on the “Little Miss Drama” tour this week.

The tour has been full of big moments for Cardi, with appearances from stars like Lil’ Kim and plenty of standout performances. Still, things occasionally get a little spicy—especially when she performs her BIA diss track “Pretty & Petty” alongside the viral “mute” challenge. That energy carried into her Massachusetts show on Thursday (April 2), BIA’s home turf, where the moment took a noticeable turn.

After running through the diss track in front of the Boston crowd, Cardi switched the tone and urged fans not to take things too far online by targeting BIA.

“Nah, y’all, we’re not going to do that,” she said, as captured by Drama For The Girls on Twitter. “Don’t bully that girl on social media. Don’t do that, don’t do that. She gon’ want to beat the s**t out of me after today. If I see you, I see you. I don’t give a f**k. If it’s up, it’s stuck. But don’t bully her on social media. You know I don’t like that.”

Adding to the moment, Cardi reportedly received a major hometown-style honor from Julia Mejia, who declared April 2, 2026 as “Cardi B Day” in Boston. Even with that, the tension between the two rappers seems to have cooled overall, making a full-blown reignition of their past beef unlikely.

Still, BIA has kept the tension alive by exchanging shots with Cardi B’s circle. Earlier this year, Megan Thee Stallion went viral for laughing at Cardi’s diss track, which prompted BIA to fire back online, even referencing Meg’s feud with Nicki Minaj. Clearly, there’s still lingering tension, with both sides drawing their lines.

The back-and-forth between Megan Thee Stallion and BIA picked up some heat but didn’t spiral much further. For now, everyone involved seems focused on their own moves and careers.

Whether the subtle jabs will continue is anyone’s guess. Still, Cardi B’s message might strike a chord with fans. At the end of the day, it’s better to support what you enjoy than to channel energy into negativity. Hopefully, both sides can eventually find some common ground.
