Doja Cat had already issued an apology earlier this week after her Twitch moderators banned PlaqueBoyMax from her stream.
Since the ban, PlaqueBoyMax has been going back and forth with her fanbase. The situation kicked off when he gifted her 20 subs during a stream, only to be immediately banned by moderators. Although Doja Cat later addressed it and apologized, some fans continued to come at him.
“Now I see all her stan fans hating on me,” PlaqueBoyMax said during his stream. “First of all, all y’all can suck my dck. Second of all, why is y’all hating on me, bro? I fck with y’all’s artist. I fck with Doja Cat. Like, why do they be on my dck?”
He didn’t stop there, telling fans to “get off her nuts.” “If she wanna play Fortnite, she wanna play Fortnite,” he added. “If she wanna apologize to me, she gonna apologize, n**a. Shut the fck up. We don’t give a f*ck about y’all. Shut up. So, let’s get that Fortnite off.”
He later went on to invite her to join him on stream for a game.
Doja Cat took to X (formerly Twitter) on Monday afternoon to address the situation and issue an apology. “Getting rid of some of my mods for banning plaquboymax cuz that wasn’t even my idea and i don’t appreciate people doing that when he didn’t do anything wrong,” she wrote. When fans tried to link the ban to PlaqueBoyMax’s past criticism of her Scarlet album, she shut it down, adding: “I don’t f*ckin care???”
In the same set of posts, she also cleared the air about seemingly ignoring Kai Cenat. During one of her streams, Cenat had gifted her 50 subs, but she didn’t acknowledge it at the time. She later made sure to show love, writing, “Also thank you Kai Cenat for the gifted subs.”
All of this unfolds while Doja is on the move for her Tour Ma Vie World Tour. She’s expected to head back to North America in October for another run, with stops in cities like Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Miami, before wrapping things up in New York City in December.
