Sean Combs Sued by Man Who Claims He Was Sexually Assaulted While Working as a Child Actor

Sean Combs is facing another sexual assault lawsuit, this time from a man who claims he was a child actor when the alleged incident took place in 2007.

According to TMZ, the unidentified plaintiff, referred to as John Doe in court filings, alleges that he met Diddy at a party in the Hollywood Hills while trying to network within the entertainment industry. Doe says he was already working as a child actor at the time.

The lawsuit claims Diddy offered to speak privately with him about his acting career. Once they were alone, Doe alleges that the music mogul began touching him inappropriately and later sexually assaulted him despite Doe expressing discomfort before the alleged encounter.

According to the complaint, Diddy allegedly suggested that future career opportunities could result from the interaction.

Doe is seeking unspecified damages and has also named several agents in the lawsuit, claiming they had a responsibility to protect him from situations like the one he describes.

Diddy has strongly denied the allegations. His representative, Juda Engelmayer, issued a statement rejecting the claims.

“The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous,” Engelmayer said. “He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”

The lawsuit marks the latest legal challenge facing Diddy, who continues to deny all allegations of sexual misconduct made against him.
