Soulja Boy has previously voiced his frustration over Kai Cenat’s shift away from streaming content toward other ventures. Now, the rapper believes that tension may have played a role in him being unable to participate in Streamer University—but he’s pointing the finger at someone else.
During a recent livestream, Soulja Boy alleged that fellow streamer and rapper DDG was responsible for keeping him out of the event.
“DDG, you is a b***h,” Soulja said in a clip shared by Livebitez. “On my mama, you a b***h. You gon’ call Kai Cenat and tell them you scared for your life, don’t let Soulja Boy in the building… Whoever need to send this clip to them, whatever y’all need to do, send it to them. From this day forward, f***k y’all n***as. Straight up, f***k y’all n***as. DDG, Kai Cenat, Deshae [Frost], all y’all little streamer n***as, bruh, stay on that side. And that’s on my little brother’s grave. Stay on that side. Y’all n***as lame as hell, bruh. On God.”
At the moment, there is no evidence supporting Soulja Boy’s claims, and neither Kai Cenat nor DDG has publicly responded to the allegations. It remains to be seen whether either of them will address the situation.
For those who may not be familiar with the history, Soulja Boy and DDG’s feud dates back to 2024, when Soulja mocked DDG for buying a Ferrari for his young son. However, that incident wasn’t what truly fueled the ongoing dispute.
The conflict escalated as both artists exchanged insults and accusations online, with discussions touching on domestic violence allegations, claims of abuse, and other personal controversies. Additional allegations also surfaced involving Soulja Boy and India Love, which Soulja has suggested may have contributed to tensions between the two.
Since then, DDG has continued to take shots at Soulja Boy online, and Soulja’s recent comments appear to be the latest chapter in their long-running feud. Whether either side chooses to escalate things further remains to be seen, though it’s unclear if the situation will reach the intensity it did during the early months of 2025.
Meanwhile, Kai Cenat’s Streamer University marks a major return to streaming-focused content for the popular creator. The first edition of the project was widely successful and generated significant attention online, making this latest installment one of his most anticipated ventures. As things stand, however, Soulja Boy does not appear to be involved in the program.
