A former friend of D4vd has alleged that the singer showed them fake documents in an attempt to prove that his late girlfriend, Celeste Rivas Hernandez, was legally an adult.
This week, influencer and Twitch streamer Aysia Collins shared a livestream where she detailed an alleged confrontation with D4vd (real name David Anthony Burke) regarding his relationship with Hernandez.
Hernandez was discovered dead in September 2025 inside the front trunk of a Tesla belonging to the “Romantic Homicide” artist, leading to a murder investigation. At the time, D4vd was on tour, which his team canceled shortly after the discovery. He was not arrested until April 2026.
D4vd is facing charges of first-degree murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, and unlawful mutilation of human remains. Prosecutors have alleged in court that the artist lured Rivas Hernandez to his Hollywood Hills rental property, where he was accused of planning and carrying out the fatal stabbing of the 14-year-old after weeks of preparation. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
During her Twitch stream, Collins recalled confronting D4vd and asking him to “explain” his relationship with Rivas Hernandez after discovering through a missing person’s flyer that she was a minor.
“He’s like, ‘Dude, that’s not even true,’” Collins claimed. “‘She’s like 19.’ I was like, ‘No, she’s not. She said she’s 13. Show me proof.’”
“He showed me proof,” Collins continued. “And I was like, okay, I’mma back off. I feel like I’m harassing my friend.” The influencer did not reveal the details of the proof D4vd allegedly provided.
After acknowledging that she could not discuss the conversation in depth “for legal reasons,” Collins said she had insisted on seeing clear evidence that Rivas Hernandez was an adult. She added that, despite choosing to “lay off” D4vd afterward, she felt “manipulated” by him.
Collins previously described D4vd as a “psychopath” who “lied and betrayed everyone around him” in a June Instagram post. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for July 21.
