The streamer attempted to recreate the iconic “Up” moment by attaching himself to a chair lifted by giant helium balloons in celebration of reaching 60 million YouTube subscribers. With around 200,000 subscribers left to hit the milestone, Speed and his team revealed plans to attach one balloon for every 10,000 subscribers, later upgrading to larger balloons as he got closer to the goal.
As the stunt got underway, Speed slowly lifted off the ground while people held onto his legs before eventually relying entirely on the balloon setup. An emotional Speed began tearing up after being informed he had officially reached the milestone and asked to be let go into the air.
However, before he could fully rise, several balloons suddenly burst while he was still mid-air, causing the setup to collapse and sending him crashing back down. The streamer was heard struggling to breathe, while blood appeared to be visible on his forehead. The livestream then switched to another camera angle showing the aftermath of the incident.
