Kylie Jenner is apparently considering going bigger with her cosmetic plans.
During Wednesday’s episode of the Better Half with Stas & Vic podcast, the 29-year-old reality star and entrepreneur openly discussed her future beauty goals.
“I do want them bigger,” Jenner said while referring to her breasts around the 42-minute mark of the episode. Co-hosts Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel joked that they had heard Jenner mention the idea before and said they were not “shocked” by her admission.
“I say it every day. I’m like, ‘They need to be bigger and more out there,’” Jenner continued. “I want my tits to walk in before I do.”
“She has an obsession with big tits,” Karanikolaou joked. “You’re a tit girl.”
“Love tits,” Jenner agreed.
When asked if she planned to get another procedure before turning 30 in August 2027, Jenner responded, “Probably not.” She explained that her next body modification goal is a belly button piercing.
Jenner previously revealed details about her current implants, which she discussed publicly in a June 2025 TikTok comment. She said they are 445cc silicone implants with a moderate profile, placed partially under the muscle using a dual-plane technique.
According to Jenner, the procedure was performed by Beverly Hills-based surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher. Her openness about the details reportedly led to an increase in new patients reaching out to his office, and Jenner said during the podcast that the calls have continued.
Jenner’s approach to cosmetic surgery has become more open over time.
During a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, Jenner reflected on her first breast augmentation at age 19 and admitted she regretted getting the procedure done so young.
“I had beautiful breasts, like natural tits, just gorgeous, like perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with,” she said at the time, according to People. “I would recommend anyone who was thinking about it to wait until after you have children.”
By the time she spoke with British Vogue in August 2024, Jenner’s perspective had shifted toward accepting her past choices.
“The world put a lot of pressure on a teenager, me, to make the right decisions. And I just have to be gentle with myself because although I carried so much responsibility in the moment, I was just trying to do what was best for me,” she said. “I was just trying my best as a human. I have to realise: ‘It’s OK, Kylie.’ … Looking back, I’m like, ‘God, I was 17, 18.’”
