Cardi B Goes All Out In New “AH HA” Music Video

Cardi B may have been frustrated during the filming of her “AH HA” music video shoot, but everything came together in the end. The visual officially arrived today (Friday, August 28), showing Cardi taking over her neighborhood with multiple outfit changes, energetic choreography, motorcycle moments, celebrations of her Dominican roots, and more.

The video captures the feel of a massive block party and the everyday excitement of New York City streets, perfectly matching the lively energy of Cardi B’s latest single. The track marks her first solo release following the arrival of her highly anticipated sophomore album AM I THE DRAMA? last year, and Cardi is clearly pushing to keep the momentum going.

While the visual doesn’t rely on over-the-top or shocking moments, it highlights Cardi B’s ability to bring a simple concept to life with strong execution. The video moves quickly and feels more natural compared to some of her more elaborate visual treatments.

Fans will have to wait and see if Cardi has more new music coming soon. After making a major return with a long-awaited studio album, continuing to release fresh material could be the perfect way for her to keep the excitement alive.

“AH HA” is helping the Bardi Gang move beyond the AM I THE DRAMA? era, but Cardi B is still facing the aftermath of that album rollout. Much of that attention comes from the BIA diss track “Pretty & Petty,” which became the biggest flashpoint in their long-running feud.

Even though the back-and-forth between the two artists has cooled down musically, there are still lingering feelings involved. Earlier this month, BIA apologized for previously throwing shade at Doja Cat, prompting some Cardi fans to question why she hasn’t shown that same energy toward Cardi. However, the Massachusetts rapper appears unlikely to offer a similar apology anytime soon, as she views the situations as completely different.

It remains to be seen whether the tension will lead to anything beyond social media reactions and subtle jabs. While another diss track doesn’t appear likely at the moment, it wouldn’t be surprising given the history between them.

Meanwhile, Cardi B’s collaborations this year have continued making an impact, including her appearance on the posthumous album from Nipsey Hussle. Fans can still expect the possibility of more music and visuals from Cardi before 2026 comes to an end.
