Ciara is expecting baby No. 5, but she showed at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival that pregnancy isn’t slowing down her signature choreography.
The singer took the T-Mobile Arena stage in Las Vegas on Saturday night, September 19, delivering a career-spanning performance packed with early classics and more recent tracks. Ciara performed “Goodies,” “Oh,” “Get Up,” and “1, 2 Step,” along with “Level Up,” “How We Roll,” and “Yes”—and spent much of the set doing what fans have watched her do for more than 20 years: dance.
Her growing baby bump even became part of the performance. While performing “Like A Boy,” Ciara pulled off a backbend while holding her stomach before joking that her newest passenger was getting in on the workout, too. “This baby up here bouncin’ around,” she told the crowd.
“This mama gonna stay movin’,” she added, making it clear that she intends to keep “dancin’ around” throughout her pregnancy.
The performance came less than two weeks after Ciara and her husband, Russell Wilson, announced that their family was growing once again. The couple shared the news on Instagram through a clothesline displaying white shirts with the names of their four children—Future, Sienna, Win and Amora—followed by a tiny blank shirt representing the newest member of the family.
“One more person to Love,” Ciara wrote.
Wilson, who has spent years publicly asking his wife for another child, quickly celebrated the announcement. “Baby Cinco! @ciara,” he commented.
The pregnancy marks Ciara’s fifth child and her fourth with Wilson. The couple shares Sienna, 9, Win, 6, and Amora, 2, while Ciara shares 12-year-old Future Zahir with rapper Future.
Following the pregnancy announcement, Ciara also posted footage of the couple surprising their four children with the news that they would soon have another sibling.
For longtime followers of the Wilson family, “Baby Cinco” has been a recurring topic well before the pregnancy was confirmed. During a June appearance on Baby, This Is Keke Palmer, Wilson once again talked about wanting five children.
Ciara jokingly suggested that he may have already spoken the idea into existence: “It’s too late. You already said it literally. So, see you next year.”
That prediction ended up coming sooner than expected.
The couple’s newest addition also arrives during a major period of change for the family. Ciara and Wilson marked their 10th wedding anniversary in July, while Wilson retired following 14 NFL seasons and began a new chapter in broadcasting with CBS Sports.
The couple also ventured into horse racing through Three Brand Racing, whose first-ever starter, Club Reign, won its debut at Saratoga in August.
