Diddy Reportedly Enjoys Massages, Hennessy, and Cellphone Access Behind Bars

Prison life seemingly hasn’t deprived Sean “Diddy ” Combs of all his comforts. A new NBC News  report details what appears to be an unusually cushy lifestyle for the Bad Boy founder at FCI Fort Dix, where fellow inmates have allegedly offered him massages and other privileges during his 50-month federal sentence. The report also claims he has access to Hennessy and nude photographs, presenting a stark contrast to the difficult prison conditions his attorneys highlighted before his transfer from Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

NBC also released a short video that appears to show Combs using a cellphone inside the New Jersey facility. Since cellphones are banned contraband in federal prisons, the footage stands out as one of the report’s most significant details, provided the device was unauthorized. However, Fort Dix has faced issues with contraband phones long before Combs’ arrival. Federal prosecutors have previously exposed schemes involving drones used to smuggle contraband into the prison , while other cases have involved inmates using illegal devices within the facility.

The reported cellphone access comes after Combs previously faced disciplinary issues over his prison communications. In November 2025, officials recommended revoking his phone and commissary privileges after he made an unauthorized three-way call  shortly after arriving at Fort Dix. Combs maintained that the conversation involved his legal team, while his representative insisted that no wrongdoing had taken place. According to CBS News , prison officials considered the call a violation of facility rules.

His time at Fort Dix has also come with its share of ups and downs. Combs landed a sought-after position as a chaplain’s assistant and enrolled in an intensive drug-treatment program after his legal team specifically requested that he be transferred to the low-security facility. However, he was later placed in solitary confinement  following a July altercation with another inmate.

Diddy is currently serving a 50-month sentence after a jury found him guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution in July 2025. He was acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges. Although his attorneys are continuing to challenge both the conviction and sentence, the latest reports have shifted attention elsewhere. Despite the restrictions associated with federal incarceration, NBC’s account suggests that one of Hip Hop’s most recognizable moguls may have discovered ways to enjoy a far more comfortable experience at Fort Dix than many would expect.
