Saweetie is wondering why Quavo continues to bring up the Bentley he reportedly took back after their 2021 breakup.
TMZ caught up with the Bay Area rapper at the airport on Wednesday (Oct. 7). When asked about Quavo’s recent interview with Yung Miami, where he explained why he reclaimed the car by saying, “Sometimes God says get something back, you better go get it,” Saweetie appeared surprised by the comment.
“He said that?” she asked. “I mean, it’s 2026. He’s still talking about that? I’m happy he found God, though.”
The customized luxury vehicle was a Christmas gift from the Migos rapper in 2020, featuring snowflake designs throughout the car and “Icy” embroidered on the headrests. Following their split a few months later, rumors that Quavo had taken the Bentley back quickly became a major talking point. Although his representatives initially denied the reports, the car later appeared for sale at a luxury dealership that summer, with its custom features still intact.
Although Quavo never explicitly confirmed reclaiming the vehicle at the time, he later rapped about a woman being “out of a Bentley” on Migos’ song “Having Our Way.” Saweetie also addressed the situation during a 2022 interview with Yung Miami.
When asked how she felt about her ex taking the car back, Saweetie brushed off the situation, responding simply, “I had to go get me a little Rolls.”
