Kanye West, now legally known as Ye, is facing serious allegations in a newly amended lawsuit filed by his former personal assistant and chief of staff, Lauren Pisciotta.
Filed on July 8, the updated complaint accuses Ye of a range of offenses including assault, battery, sexual harassment, sex trafficking, false imprisonment, gender discrimination, stalking, and more. Pisciotta’s legal team refers to Ye as a “sexual abuser” and “sexual harasser,” citing not only her personal claims but also Ye’s own past public statements—like a February post on X where he claimed, “I’ve hit women before.”
This follows Pisciotta’s original June 2023 lawsuit accusing Ye of wrongful termination and harassment, which escalated in October with sexual assault claims.
Among the disturbing allegations in the newly filed complaint: Pisciotta claims Ye attempted to vaginally penetrate her with his fingers and later orally raped her—both allegedly occurring while she was employed by him. She also claims Ye dangled promises of career advancement before ultimately trying to “destroy” her professionally.
Pisciotta says she eventually relocated to Florida to escape Ye, though the harassment allegedly continued, including incidents of swatting.
Ye has not publicly responded to the latest legal filing. his team has been contacted for comment.
The suit is being handled by The Bloom Firm, led by attorney Lisa Bloom. Speaking with Complex last month, attorney Arick Fudali noted how Ye’s online behavior is adding another layer to the case. “I’ve never, in my entire career, seen a defendant tweet out admissions to the case in the middle of litigation and discovery,” Fudali said. “This is absolutely a new one.”
As of now, the case remains in its early stages.
