Isabella Ladera is taking legal action against her ex-boyfriend, Colombian singer Beéle, accusing him of leaking their sex tape online.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Miami-based influencer is suing Beéle for invasion of privacy, sexual cyber harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence.
Ladera claimed the tape surfaced online after their breakup earlier this year. She said the intimate videos were recorded during their relationship at Beéle’s request. The tape leaked earlier this month and quickly went viral, prompting Ladera to post on Instagram, “I am deeply devastated.” She also noted that only she and Beéle had access to the footage and that she had deleted her copy before it appeared online.
In the lawsuit, Ladera said she never consented to the tape being shared and that the leak has caused “shame, humiliation, and mental anguish.” She alleged that she asked Beéle to delete his copies, but he refused, instead responding by asking if she trusted him.
The pair first met at a Miami party in December 2023 while Beéle was reportedly in the midst of divorcing his wife, Camila Rodriguez, Rolling Stone reported. Their friendship eventually turned into a romance before ending in March 2025.
Ladera also suggested that Beéle’s estranged wife could have accessed the tape from his phone, but ultimately she believes the responsibility lies with Beéle.
