50 Cent Reportedly Booked to Perform at Donald Trump Jr.’s Club

50 Cent is reportedly scheduled to be the surprise performer at Executive Branch, the exclusive members-only club co-owned by Donald Trump Jr., on July 3.

According to a source who spoke with The Daily Beast, 50 Cent will join a growing list of hip-hop artists who have performed at Executive Branch, including Busta Rhymes, Ja Rule, and Timbaland.

The reported booking comes after 50 revealed during a 2024 appearance on The Breakfast Club that he declined a $3 million offer to perform at a Trump campaign rally at Madison Square Garden in New York because he prefers to avoid politics.

“I stay away from religion, I stay away from politics,” he said at the time. “That’s the formula for the confusion that has sent Kanye to Japan. He said something about both of those things and now he can only go to Japan. I don’t wanna get in that.”

Located in Washington, D.C.’s Georgetown neighborhood, Executive Branch reportedly charges members an annual fee of $500,000. The club was co-founded by Donald Trump Jr., along with Omeed Malik and Christopher Buskirk of the venture capital firm 1789 Capital.

The firm later drew increased attention because of its ties to Trump Jr., who became a partner during the same month Donald Trump won the 2024 U.S. presidential election, according to Reuters. Within a year, the firm’s assets reportedly surged from approximately $150 million to more than $1 billion.

Much of 1789 Capital’s recent growth has been fueled by investments in SpaceX, xAI, and Neuralink, companies founded by Elon Musk. Musk reportedly met with Malik while Trump was campaigning, and the firm’s close ties to Trump Jr. have sparked concerns among government ethics experts over potential conflicts of interest.

Sources familiar with the firm also told Reuters that its investment portfolio includes defense contractors and other companies that could potentially benefit from government connections.

Last year, 1789 Capital further expanded its footprint with the launch of Executive Branch.
