Sydney Sweeney’s night out took an unexpected turn when she was spotted with her ex-fiancé, Jonathan Davino, after having dinner with friends — sparking plenty of speculation.
According to TMZ, things got tense between the two, with a witness claiming Sweeney shouted, “I don’t believe you. Please leave, leave me alone,” after getting out of a car near her home.
The evening reportedly began with Sweeney “leaving a private dinner with friends at celeb hotspot Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.” Later, she met up with Davino, and the pair were photographed sitting together in a car.
TMZ noted that Sweeney appeared to duck down in an attempt to avoid photographers, with photos showing her leaning forward, head down, and hand covering part of her face.
Page Six obtained photos of Sydney Sweeney “getting into the passenger seat of a car being driven by Jonathan Davino in Los Angeles” on November 1, adding to the buzz surrounding their post-breakup encounter.
The sighting comes amid reports linking Sweeney to music executive Scooter Braun. Page Six previously claimed that Sweeney had been spending time with Braun but noted that her main focus remains on her career rather than her dating life.
Sweeney’s relationships have been a topic of public curiosity since she confirmed her split from Davino earlier this year. In May, she told the Sunday Times that the two had ended their engagement after three years together.
“I’m learning a lot about myself, spending more time with my friends. And I’m loving it,” she said at the time.
According to People, Davino, a Chicago-based businessman, has been seen with Sweeney a few times since their breakup. The pair first began dating in 2018 but largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight.
“Everyone is always so curious about who I’m with and what that’s like, but I think it’s important to have something for me,” Sweeney told Glamour UK in 2023.
