Loren LoRosa is getting real about the bold steps that helped her secure her spot on The Breakfast Club.
During a candid chat on The Tamron Hall Show, LoRosa revealed that she practically “bullied” her way into the job — but in the most determined, positive way possible. She explained that persistence was key, and she refused to take no for an answer.
“Once I got my foot in the door, I put my hustle into overdrive, looking for any opportunity to make myself invaluable to the team,” she shared.
LoRosa got her first major break in 2016 as a senior news producer at TMZ, where she covered some of Hollywood’s biggest stories. After years of building her name in Los Angeles, she made the move to the East Coast in 2024, quickly becoming a guest host on the nationally syndicated radio show The Breakfast Club and launching her own podcast, The Latest With Loren LoRosa. Leveraging her marketing expertise, LoRosa viewed The Breakfast Club not just as a show, but as a brand with room to grow.
“When I came in as a guest host, I saw the show as a product and what I felt they needed,” she said. “The minute I felt like they were open to me bringing it, I said, ‘I’mma keep showing up, whether I’m paid or not, no matter how early I gotta get up.’”
Beyond her work on The Breakfast Club, her podcast The Latest With Loren LoRosa — which delivered exclusive updates from inside Diddy’s trial — has pulled in millions of views, solidifying her as a credible and influential voice in entertainment reporting.
