Sean “Diddy” Combs’ intake photo from FCI Fort Dix has officially surfaced.
The image was featured in a new CBS News report by editor Cara Tabachnick, which dives into Diddy’s life behind bars following his transfer to the New Jersey federal correctional facility late last month.
According to the CBS News report, Sean “Diddy” Combs has been assigned the role of chaplain’s assistant at FCI Fort Dix—one of the more coveted positions at the facility. The job comes with certain perks, including access to a private, air-conditioned office and meals often brought in by chaplains during religious services.
A former prison commissioner explained to CBS News that a chaplain’s assistant typically manages the chapel’s religious library, keeps records, and maintains the office. “He works in the chapel library, where he describes the environment as warm, respectful, and rewarding,” Combs’ publicist Juda Engelmayer told the outlet.
Tabachnick’s report also revealed that Combs violated a Bureau of Prisons rule just five days after arriving at Fort Dix by participating in a three-person call. The disgraced music mogul claimed the call involved his attorney and head of legal communications while discussing a statement for The New York Times.
Documents about the incident note that Combs was initially speaking to an unidentified woman before mentioning “the digital person” who handled blog matters. He then approved bringing that person into the call. During the conversation, the Bad Boy Records founder also talked about arranging visitors and suggested bringing “200 singles” in cash, despite coins being the only approved currency in the facility.
Earlier this week, Combs shut down rumors that he was caught drinking alcohol in prison, calling the claims “completely false” in a statement on X. He added that his focus remains on self-improvement and reuniting with his family.
