GloRilla says she plans to drop a strictly R&B album at some point.
On Wednesday, the Memphis rapper tweeted that she “will be doing [an] rnb album,” though she didn’t clarify whether it will serve as the follow-up to her 2024 debut, Glorious.

The “Typa” rapper is no stranger to working with R&B artists, having teamed up with Kehlani (“Xmas Time”), T-Pain (“I Luv Her”), and FLO (“In My Bag”). And while it falls under gospel, her 2024 collaboration “Rain Down On Me” with Kirk Franklin, Maverick City Music, Kierra Sheard, and Chandler Moore earned her first BET Award this year in the Best Inspirational Award category.
“I have a lot of good mursic, but I want it to be perfected to where I want it,” Glo recently told XXL about her upcoming second album, expected next year. “That’s why I gave this year a rest… to get all the way in the mode.”
Earlier this month, GloRilla scored three 2026 Grammy nominations — Best Rap Album (Glorious), Best Rap Song (“TGIF”), and another Best Rap Song nod for “Sticky,” her collab with Tyler, the Creator, Sexyy Red, and Lil Wayne. You can tune in to see if she takes home any wins when the 68th Annual Grammy Awards airs live on February 1, 2026, from the Crypto.com Arena.
