Post Malone and his former fiancée have finally settled their months-long custody dispute involving their daughter.

Post Malone and the mother of his child, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, have officially wrapped up their months-long custody dispute.

TMZ reports that newly filed court documents show Posty and Park reached a deal last week covering custody, visitation, and child support for their 3-year-old daughter. The rest of the agreement remains sealed.

Park first filed for primary physical custody back in April at Los Angeles Superior Court. At the time, People reported she was seeking joint legal custody, willing to allow Malone visitation, and wanted him to pay her legal fees.

By July, Park asked the court to dismiss her filing. Meanwhile, Malone had already submitted his own custody petition in Utah on April 14—just days before Park filed in L.A., where child support rulings tend to be higher.

The couple has kept their daughter’s name private; court papers refer to her as “DDP,” though her birthdate—May 26, 2022—was disclosed.

Malone has never publicly spoken about his breakup with Park. However, TMZ previously posted footage of him with another woman, Christy Lee, in March, plus photos of the pair dining in Rome earlier that January.

Post first revealed he was a dad during a June 2022 appearance on The Howard Stern Show, surprising Stern with the announcement. He and Park welcomed their daughter in May 2022.
