Cardi B is shutting down viral chatter claiming Offset showed up at the same Miami strip club where she and NFL star Stefon Diggs were partying, calling the whole thing completely untrue.
A post — reportedly from GoatTV — alleged that Cardi and Diggs were at Booby Trap in Miami (with her longtime best friend Yonette “Star Brim” Respass also in the mix) when Offset supposedly pulled up, causing tension at the door and even a minor scuffle inside. The claim also suggested Diggs told security not to let Offset in, but they ignored him.
Cardi quickly set the record straight. Jumping into the comments under an @livebitez Instagram post repeating the rumor, she wrote, “Not true at all …..” completely shutting down the story that was already spreading fast online.
The rumor picked up steam mostly because of Cardi and Offset’s long, very public history. Though the two officially split after years of an on-again, off-again relationship, they still co-parent their children. Their breakup happened well before Cardi confirmed her romance with Stefon Diggs earlier this year.
Cardi B and Diggs went public in May 2025, kicking off a new chapter in her personal life. A few months later, they welcomed their first child together — a baby boy born on November 4, 2025. Cardi introduced him on November 19, sharing photos of the newborn decked out in New England Patriots gear, nodding to Diggs’ team. Since then, Cardi and Diggs have been seen out at multiple spots, making them regulars in online conversations. That visibility likely helped the Booby Trap rumor spread so fast. But if you ask Cardi, none of it ever happened.
