Brazilian content creator Bianca Dias has reportedly passed away just days after undergoing cosmetic surgery.
The 20-year-old influencer built a following of nearly 60,000 on Instagram, where she shared modeling shots and glimpses into her lifestyle. In recent months, she posted photos of herself posing near Big Ben and other popular spots in London.
Her final upload was a December car selfie tagged in São Paulo, Brazil. Her bio read: “Vivendo no meu tempo, sem pressa e com propósito.” The Portuguese phrase translates to: “Living at my own pace, without rushing and with purpose.”
News of Dias’ death sparked an emotional wave of tributes from friends and loved ones.
Her friend Giovanna Borges shared photos and revealed that Dias had recently had cosmetic surgery and was “in recovery” at home when her condition suddenly worsened.
“She had a pulmonary clot, had 2 seizures, and when she arrived at the hospital, she was no longer alive,” Borges wrote (via People).
“I want to thank the countless messages, thank you all who took the time to worry and send messages, if you can pray for the family regardless of religion, I will be extremely grateful! “
Massage therapist and friend Jeff Carlos also posted a heartfelt message alongside photos. “Death is nothing at all,” he wrote. “Our bond has not been broken.”
Fellow influencer Patrícia Ganden added: “I just know that we had beautiful moments, incredible conversations, may God comfort the family, I will remember with much affection and pride of you.”
According to People, an online post stated that Dias’ family planned to hold a wake on Friday (February 20) in São Paulo.
