Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s reported wedding reception could feature performances from some of music’s biggest legends.
According to Page Six, Swift has reportedly chosen two of her longtime musical inspirations—country star Tim McGraw and Fleetwood Mac icon Stevie Nicks—to perform during the celebration. The report also suggests that Paul McCartney could potentially join the lineup as another wedding performer.
The outlet further noted that the 14-time Grammy winner wore a “Stevie Knicks” T-shirt during Game 4 of the NBA Finals. Swift and Nicks have shared a close mutual admiration since 2010, when they performed together at the Grammy Awards. Meanwhile, Swift’s connection to McGraw dates back to the start of her career, with her 2006 debut single famously titled after the country music legend.
Taylor Swift’s reported wedding is expected to be one of New York City’s biggest events, with Page Six claiming the celebration will rival the excitement of the Knicks’ recent ticker-tape parade. According to the report, streets surrounding the couple’s rumored venue, Madison Square Garden, will be closed from July 2 through July 4 to accommodate tents, canopies, and production trucks ahead of the July 3 ceremony. A rehearsal dinner is also reportedly planned for the evening before, with around 100 guests expected to attend.
The wedding itself is rumored to host approximately 1,000 guests. Among those reportedly invited are pop singer Benson Boone and model Karlie Kloss.
“I’ve heard Taylor invited so many people it’s going to be bigger than the Met Gala,” a source told Page Six.
Swift and Kelce reportedly got engaged last August, surprising fans by sharing a series of photos showing the couple embracing in a garden.
