Drake’s “Choosin’ Texas” Remix Has Fans Turning One Line Into a Viral Meme

Drake is going viral once again, this time thanks to a new lyric that has quickly turned into one of the internet’s favorite memes.

During the premiere of his long-awaited FOMO short film, Drizzy debuted several unreleased tracks while giving fans a look at how he spent his summer. Among them was a remix of Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas,” featuring Don Toliver.

On his verse, Drake delivered the line “I don’t know what that is, ‘cause I don’t even check,” and social media immediately embraced it. Users across the internet are now turning the lyric into a way of describing hypothetical situations, much like the trend involving IShowSpeed’s photos set to the menu music from Grand Theft Auto IV.

In other Drake news, the rapper may have finally cashed in his hall pass with Lena the Plug, at least based on her own comments.

The adult content creator posted a video from a shoot with Drake, smiling as she said, “Guys, guess who I’m shooting with today; it’s finally happening. They’ve been waiting for this one.” Drake laughed in response and said, “Me too.”

Lena captioned the video, “Hall Pass cashed in.”

Her estranged husband, Adam22, appeared to be thrilled by the post and left a comment underneath. “This is my Super Bowl,” he wrote.

Appearing to clarify that the situation was all part of a joke, Lena later wrote on X, “All I’ve learned this week is that you guys take yourselves way too seriously.”
