Swae Lee has sold his lavish Miami mansion, which features a 15-car garage, for $4.35 million.
According to a Mansion Global report published on Monday (Oct. 19), Swae Lee has parted ways with his private retreat in Miami for $4.35 million. The sprawling 7,831-square-foot property sits on 1.22 acres of land surrounded by lush greenery, including palmetto and palm trees.
Built in 1993, the luxurious residence comes with an impressive collection of resort-style amenities. The mansion features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, while the primary bedroom includes access to a private gym, a hot tub, and two walk-in closets.
The property also boasts an 11-seat movie theater, a 500-bottle wine cellar, an Olympic-size swimming pool with a jacuzzi, and a spacious basketball and tennis court. Other features include a billiards room, a dedicated living room, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen.
However, one of the home’s biggest highlights is its climate-controlled garage, which can accommodate 15 cars across seven bays equipped with automated lifts. The setup makes the property particularly appealing to car enthusiasts.
Swae Lee initially purchased the mansion through his business agent in April of 2023 for $4.25 million. In July of 2026, the Grammy-nominated rapper put the property on the market with an asking price of $5.395 million.
“I enjoyed the huge backyard, open pool deck and spending time on the basketball and tennis courts,” Lee reportedly said in a statement about the home. “The huge spa bath, wine cellar and movie theater were pretty cool, too.”
