50 Cent’s putting his money where his mouth is when it comes to ASAP Rocky’s trial.
The rap mogul hit up Instagram Saturday, saying he’s ready to throw down $500k on Rocky beating the case. He’s calling out ASAP Relli, suggesting he’s just chasing a payday and clowning him for telling the judge he was “scared.”
“I got ASAP beaten this case I’ll bet 500, 000 on it, that boy ASAP Tellie was just trying to get some money,” said Rocky. “Fool said I was scared for my life so I went back to the scene and picked up these shells. Officer told him hey if you want to get some money go to the hospital.Who want the bet ! @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi.”
50’s post featured a headline about the courtroom drama between Rocky’s lawyer Joe Tacopina and Deputy DA John Lewin. The two had it out in front of the judge, who had to step in and shut them down during closing arguments.
Both sides are telling different stories about what went down in Hollywood back in 2021 when Relli claims Rocky shot at him.
“Was it a real gun or was it a fake gun?” Deputy District Attorney Paul Przelomiec said. “Nothing else is in dispute.” Meanwhile, Rocky’s team is sticking to their story that it was just a prop gun loaded with blanks.
