50 Cent Mocks Critics Trying to “Damage His Name & Reputation”

50 Cent never misses an opportunity to take shots at his critics online, whether they’re celebrities, media personalities, or everyday social media users questioning his actions. This time, the rapper took to Instagram to address a social media post accusing him of hating Black women, referencing his ongoing legal dispute with Tia Kemp.

Although the G-Unit founder has never been one to avoid online confrontations, his recent legal action against Kemp over alleged defamation has sparked backlash from some fans. Still, his sarcastic remarks about the situation, alongside his legal response, suggest he’s standing firm on his position.

“It’s 5:43 AM I can’t sleep after reading some of things these people are saying about me on line,” 50 wrote earlier today (Friday, November 6). “I’m emotionally exhausted and unable to take these vicious attacks. I have no choice but to add these people to the defamation lawsuit.”

He also shared an old photo of himself alongside another caption highlighting the apparent stress of the situation, though his remarks seemed more sarcastic than genuinely bothered.

“I don’t know why people would take the time to try and Smear, my name and reputation I’m just out here trying to make it like everyone else. I can’t sleep, but good morning. Smh.”

Much of the criticism surrounding 50 Cent today stems from his ongoing online feud with Tia Kemp, the former partner of his longtime hip-hop rival, Rick Ross. Following their exchange of insults and accusations involving their sons, 50 Cent and Kemp are now facing the legal consequences of their ongoing dispute.

50 Cent filed a defamation lawsuit against Kemp and obtained a temporary restraining order concerning his son, Sire. In response, Kemp lashed out at Fif, accusing him of being a “rat” and portraying himself as the victim. At this point, neither side appears interested in reaching an amicable resolution, whether in court or on social media.

Other recent controversies involving 50 Cent and Black women include allegations surrounding Courtney Kemp, creator of the Power franchise. However, regardless of the backlash these controversial confrontations attract, 50 Cent doesn’t appear ready to change his approach anytime soon, for better or worse.
