Meek Mill couldn’t hold back after spotting that clip of Ne-Yo showing love to his ladies.
The Philly rapper hit up X on Saturday, reposting footage of Ne-Yo’s backstage moment where the R&B star walked up to three different women and gave each a kiss on the lips – something that’s become pretty normal for Ne-Yo since he’s open about his polyamorous lifestyle.
“OG said that’s crazyyyyyy! Lol,” Mill wrote.
Ne-Yo’s been living his truth about being polyamorous since at least 2023, when Miami paparazzi caught him hand-in-hand with two ladies.
He got real about it with LA paparazzi last year, saying:
“I feel like in the realm of love and romance, you should let people do whatever the hell they want to do,” he said. “Can’t see how it’s hurting anybody.”
When asked about making polygamous marriages legal in the U.S., he shot back with “Sure, why not?”
“To be honest, I don’t need the government to tell me what it is I can and can’t do in my personal life,” he added.
The R&B star tackled the haters on the Gold Dimes podcast in December.
“It ain’t a secret to anybody that I, not too long ago, got divorced,” he said. “I’ve learned some things since the divorce and because of the divorce, to be honest with you. It made me realize some things about myself that I kind of had an idea of, but wasn’t completely locked into.”
He dropped some real talk about knowing yourself in relationships, no matter what others think.
“You just have to be honest with yourself about who you are,” he explained. “If you know that you are not a dude that is going to be faithful to one woman, then don’t be with one woman. It’s really and truly that simple.”
When the host brought up women trying to “shame” him for his lifestyle, Ne-Yo wasn’t having it.
“You can’t shame me unless I care, and I don’t give a fuck,” he said. “I so desperately need the world to know how much of a fuck I don’t give about what they think, what they say. I am 100% locked into the reality that this life is mine and I’m going to live this shit the way I want to live it.”
