Young Thug’s pushing to get his stuff back after the YSL raid.
WSB-TV 2 Atlanta says his lawyers want everything returned from his May 2022 arrest – we’re talking a 2022 Corvette, a 2022 Porsche 911, two Mercedes-Benz AMG GTs, some fancy jewelry, guns, and $149,426 in cash.
A civil hearing was set for Friday (Feb. 21) but got called off, according to the judge’s staff.
Last December, after two YSL RICO defendants got their verdicts, Thug’s dad, Jeffery Williams Sr., talked about his son’s case, saying he “did what he felt like he wanted to do” by taking the plea deal that got him out in October.
“He’s doing great, honestly,” Williams shared about Thug. “We still fighting. It’s not over for us.”
Then he took aim at the Fulton County D.A. office: “It’s a piece of shit. You know we gotta get those people out of there. If we wanna continue to have justice, we gotta get ’em out of there, alright?”
Word is, after Thug got out, Drake might’ve hooked him up with a cool million to help him get back on his feet.
DJ Akademiks spilled this tea during a November livestream. “Y’all want to hear this play I heard?” Akademiks said. “Watch, he gon’ hit me up, like, ‘Yo, how you heard?’ ‘Cause he ain’t tell me. That’s my mans. When Thug gets let out of jail, the talk is this. They say two hours afterwards, Drake flew to Thug and allegedly gave him a mil’. Drake didn’t tell me this. Drake gon’ hit me up and be, like, ‘Who told you this?'”
