Young YouTube star P2istheName was found dead in a Los Angeles mailroom at just 26 years old.
According to TMZ, Philip Enewally (his real name) was discovered dead on Friday, March 14. The Los Angeles County Coroner is currently investigating his death, with few details available at this time.
Enewally’s mother confirmed to TMZ on Saturday morning that her son passed away Friday night. She requested privacy for the family during this difficult period but encouraged fans to leave tributes on her son’s YouTube channel.
Fellow YouTuber COLETHEMAN paid tribute to his “good friend” with a heartfelt message: “My good friend @P2istheName has passed away… wow. I’m honestly at a loss for words. He was always so kind to me and gave me so much content creation advice. May he rest in peace. This breaks my heart.”
P2istheName rose to fame with his NBA 2K and Fortnite gameplay videos. He later expanded into more original gaming content, particularly his popular “Let’s Plays” series where he completed various games from start to finish. Beyond gaming, Enewally launched his own clothing brand called DontMindUs.
He also shared glimpses of his personal life with followers. His final video, posted just two weeks ago, showed him on a night out with his “rich psychotic friends.”
