Tracy Morgan has updated fans on his health after a medical episode at a New York Knicks game.
“Thank you for all your concern! I’m doing ok now and doctors say it was food poisoning,” Morgan posted on Instagram with a photo of himself in hospital. “Appreciate my MSG family for taking such good care of me and I need to shout out the crew that had to clean that up. Appreciate you.”
The comedian then added some classic Morgan humor: “More importantly, the Knicks are now 1-0 when I throw up on the court so maybe I’ll have to break it out again in the playoffs #goknicks,” joked the passionate Knicks supporter.
Monday’s game paused for nearly 10 minutes during the third quarter as MSG staff assisted Morgan who had vomited on the court before being wheeled away.
In addition to Morgan’s positive recovery, 50 Cent poked fun at the comedian with an Instagram post about the incident.
“Damn Tracy WTF going on bro,” 50 captioned a picture of Morgan seemingly throwing up at the game. “Too much Branson Cognac LOL.”
