Shannon Sharpe appears interested in Yung Miami after learning about her views on infidelity.
During her recent appearance on the Club Shay Shay podcast, Yung Miami revealed she’s willing to forgive cheating – but only a few times. “I’ll give him a second chance,” she stated. “Everybody cheat. Women cheat too.”
Shannon Sharpe seems ready to pursue Yung Miami after hearing her position on cheating.
On the Club Shay Shay podcast, after Sharpe expressed surprise at her initial response, Yung Miami elaborated on her stance.
“Hear me out. I hate to say this but men cheat. All men cheat,” she said. “You have to get to that point where you’re grown enough to just say OK. I’m not gonna leave my man for cheating once. I might give him like four times.”
This generous policy prompted Sharpe to joke, “I might have to get your number.”
Later in the interview, Yung Miami shared advice 50 Cent gave her about acting. While discussing her BMF cameo, she revealed feeling “nervous” playing “such a serious role” as Deanna, who confronts Meech about her partner’s death.
“I try to like tap into reality, like I said, like losing my child’s father. My tears were real, but the emotion just [wasn’t there],” Yung Miami explained, referencing her son’s father Jai Malik Wiggins Jr., who died in a 2020 shooting.
After 15 takes, she initially wanted her scenes cut until talking with 50 Cent: “I said, ‘Fifty, I don’t like this, it was horrible. Like, please don’t put me out there like that. I don’t wanna face no more backlash.'”
50 Cent encouraged her: “‘You gotta start from somewhere, this putting you in a game. People always have something to say. You gotta start from somewhere… Get out your head, stop worrying about what the people gonna say. Like, this is gonna open doors for you.'”
