Druski Nowhere Near California When Alleged Diddy Assault Happened, Leaked Papers Reveal

Druski, the well-known comedian who faced accusations last month of joining Diddy in a 2018 sexual assault, was actually in Georgia and financially struggling when the alleged incident occurred, according to newly leaked documents reported by TMZ.

Phone records that Complex got hold of reveal that on March 23, 2018—when plaintiff Ashley Parham claims she was raped in California by Diddy, Druski, and Odell Beckham, Jr.—the comedian made 16 calls that were all, according to TMZ, “incoming or outcoming to and from Georgia phone numbers.”

Furthermore, bank statements shared by both TMZ and reporter Meghann Cuniff show that during March and April 2018, Druski was nearly penniless, with a bank balance of just 91 cents as of April 9 that year. This matches his statement that he “was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation.”

Druski was included in an updated version of the lawsuit, submitted on March 7 this year by Parham and two more anonymous plaintiffs (with another revised version filed about a week later). Parham’s initial lawsuit from October 2024 didn’t specifically name the comedian.

The legal action claims Diddy, Druski, Odell Beckham Jr., and others took part in a brutal sexual assault against Parham as payback, she claims, for saying that “she believed Defendant Diddy had something to do with the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.”

All three men have previously released statements rejecting the accusations.

“This new complaint – brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs – demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday,” a spokesperson for Diddy’s legal team stated at the time. “Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation.”

Druski first responded with a post on X, stating: “This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018. I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish. My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but l’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”

OBJ then replied to Druski’s post, calling the allegations against them “stupid” and forecasting that both would eventually be cleared of any supposed wrongdoing.

“Boy I’ll tell you what,” he wrote. “This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I know who I am, I know who you are. Keep your head. That name will be cleared. Shit’s stupid.”
