Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt have reportedly ended their relationship.
Still, a source told People that the two are currently “working on things” together. The insider added, “They want one another to succeed and be happy.”
According to the source, the couple has broken up and reunited before, making it unclear whether they could eventually reconcile again.
The reported split comes around five months after the pair welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Scottie Rose. Sources claim tensions in the relationship began growing after the birth. Davidson’s busy work schedule reportedly became a major issue, with insiders saying the time apart played a role in the breakup.
“Pete has been traveling so much for work, but Elsie was craving more support from him at home after their daughter was born,” a source told The US Sun. “It was very hard for him because, obviously, he has to work to make money.”
For now, both are said to be fully focused on their daughter. “They are just focusing 100% on Scottie,” another insider shared with the outlet. “Working out the best co-parenting solution is their top priority.”
Scottie Rose, born on Dec. 12, 2025, was named in honor of Davidson’s late father, Scott Matthew Davidson, a New York City firefighter who died while responding to the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
