Drake Is Expected to Surpass Morgan Wallen’s Billboard Hot 100 Record With Upcoming Trilogy

Morgan Wallen once made history by landing 37 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 at the same time… but now fans are wondering just how many tracks Drake will place on the chart with his new ICEMAN trilogy.

Drake supporters are already anticipating a record-breaking moment as Billboard still hasn’t officially revealed the final first-week sales numbers for the ICEMAN trilogy. Regardless of the exact totals, it’s obvious more milestones are on the way for the Toronto rapper. One major achievement could involve the Hot 100 record previously held by Morgan Wallen for the most simultaneous chart entries.

According to Complex, current projections suggest Drizzy could debut with 42 songs on the upcoming Billboard Hot 100 chart. Morgan Wallen currently holds the all-time record with 37 simultaneous entries, but that reign may soon come to an end.

Across ICEMAN, HABIBTI, and MAID OF HONOUR, Drake delivered a massive 43 new tracks. Because of that, fans are now more focused on figuring out which songs won’t make the Hot 100 instead of debating which ones will dominate the upper rankings.

As for possible chart-toppers, several ICEMAN tracks are already emerging as favorites. “Janice STFU” is currently projected to lead the pack, while “Ran To Atlanta” featuring Future and Molly Santana, alongside “Whisper My Name” and “Shabang,” are also expected to perform strongly.

Elsewhere, Drake is also on track to make Billboard 200 history with his upcoming album debuts. Current projections suggest he could become the first artist ever to debut three different albums simultaneously within the chart’s top three positions. ICEMAN is expected to lead the charge in sales, while MAID OF HONOUR and HABIBTI are projected to follow behind.

Based on the latest estimates, ICEMAN reportedly earned around 460K album-equivalent units in its opening week, while MAID OF HONOUR pulled in approximately 109K and HABIBTI brought in about 114K. Billboard has yet to officially confirm the numbers, but even if the totals come in slightly lower, Drake would still be on pace to break multiple records.

ICEMAN has already reached eligibility for RIAA Gold certification, streaming numbers continue climbing rapidly, and the 6ix God is also smashing chart records in the UK. At the same time, public reactions and critical discussions surrounding the project appear to be settling, with some critics softening their stance while even longtime stans are taking a more measured approach. Still, when it comes to numbers, Drake continues to dominate.
