Diddy’s Chief of Staff Pushes Back Against Claims She Helped Organize “Freak-Offs”

Diddy’s legal troubles appear far from over, even after his conviction for violating the Mann Act. In addition to reports that new criminal charges could potentially be filed against him in Los Angeles County, the music mogul is still facing numerous civil lawsuits.

One of those lawsuits was brought by former employee Phillip Pines, who accused Diddy’s chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, of being involved in alleged sex trafficking activities. According to TMZ, Khorram has now officially responded to the allegations outlined in Pines’ lawsuit.

Pines previously compared Khorram’s role to that of Ghislaine Maxwell in relation to Jeffrey Epstein. However, Khorram has strongly denied the accusation, arguing that the lawsuit fails to provide evidence supporting the claims made against her.

Among the allegations, Pines claimed that Diddy forced him to engage in sexual activity with another woman while the Bad Boy Records founder allegedly watched. Khorram, however, maintains that the claims against her are unfounded. She argues that the main allegation linking her to the case is that she allegedly instructed Pines not to discuss an incident in which Diddy reportedly kicked someone.

Based on that, Khorram contends that the lawsuit lacks merit and should be dismissed.

Phillip Pines filed a lawsuit against both Diddy and his chief of staff, alleging sexual harassment, sexual battery, and sex trafficking. In the complaint, Pines stated that he worked for the music mogul from 2019 to 2021 and claimed that part of his job involved preparing hotel rooms for Diddy’s alleged “freak-offs.”

According to the lawsuit, Pines was responsible for stocking rooms with items such as baby oil and towels, as well as arranging red lighting. He also alleged that he was tasked with cleaning up after the gatherings.

Following the filing of the lawsuit, a representative for Diddy denied the allegations in a statement to TMZ.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Diddy and his legal team have continued to deny the allegations made against him, maintaining that the claims will ultimately be addressed through the court process.
