Clayton Howard, the former male escort who previously filed a lawsuit against Cassie Ventura over her alleged involvement in Sean Combs’s “freak-offs,” has now responded to her effort to have the case dismissed.
Taking to TikTok, Howard claimed that Cassie and her legal team “have created a dedicated campaign to try to discredit me, stalk me, and harass me.” He also referenced her motion to dismiss the lawsuit, arguing that she “has not disputed any of my allegations.”
He went on to say, “Her motion to dismiss attacks me on timeliness of the allegations, stating that, ‘Oh, because it happened X amount of years ago, now it’s too late to charge her or seek action against it.’”
Howard also addressed a text message he sent to Cassie’s husband, Alex Fine, explaining that he reached out because Fine allegedly had “no knowledge of the truth of what really happened with Cassie because he wasn’t in those rooms.”
According to Howard, he approached the situation respectfully in hopes of opening a line of communication. He claimed he wanted Fine to help facilitate a conversation with Cassie regarding reports he had seen in the media, insisting he believed her public statements were untrue from the start.
Elsewhere in the nearly 10-minute TikTok video, Howard argued that he and the other male escorts involved were the real victims. While he acknowledged that he believes Cassie Ventura experienced domestic abuse, he also alleged that she “liked” participating in the so-called freak-offs.
Earlier this month, Ventura drew attention after a court declaration dated May 1 revealed that she had relocated outside the United States following her legal settlements with Sean Combs. The filing stated, “I reside outside of the United States. I do not intend to move back to the United States.”
The declaration is tied to Howard’s ongoing lawsuit. Last summer, he claimed he was hired by Diddy and Ventura to participate in alleged “freak-offs,” during which he says he contracted an STD. Howard has also alleged that he fathered a child with Cassie and that she later underwent an abortion without informing him.
