Ashton Hall Reveals Why He Passed on Potential Saratoga Water Partnership
Ashton Hall has opened up about why he decided against a potentially major collaboration with Saratoga Water.
During a recent appearance on Cam Newton’s Funky Friday podcast, Hall confirmed that he does not own any shares in Saratoga Water and is not officially affiliated with the brand, despite his popular morning routine videos causing a major spike in interest and searches for the company.
Newton brought up the topic directly, asking Hall if he had any ownership stake in the brand.
“No shares. Nah, no, I’m actually not with them at all,” Hall responded around the three-minute mark of the episode.
The revelation stands out considering how openly Saratoga embraced the viral attention surrounding Hall. He explained that the company had been interested in working together for a while, though he did not reveal the specific details of the proposed partnership.
According to Hall, the main reason the deal never happened came down to one key issue: ownership.
“I’m just big on ownership,” he explained. “We can make cash. We can make money. That’s cool. But it’s like I want to make money when I sleep. I want my kids to see what his dad did in 2025, 2026 in the years on rather than just, you know, we had a good year.”
He added, “I could get another watch, another car. So, it’s like I like to invest my time into the companies that I can go in and have a big exit strategy with that particular company.”
Even though he walked away from the potential partnership, Hall made it clear there is no bad blood between him and the brand. He said he still genuinely enjoys the product and continues featuring it naturally in his content.
“I got love. I still drink Saratoga. You see Saratoga’s all in my videos still to this day.”
