Following reports that Clavicular has been charged with rape, drugging someone for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor, the controversial looksmaxxing streamer has spoken out against the allegations.
In a series of posts on X, Clavicular shared videos and screenshots in an effort to challenge the claims made by influencer Aleksandra “Alorah Ziva” Vasilevna Mendoza, who filed a lawsuit against Clavicular earlier this year. Although she is not identified by name in the court documents, which Complex has verified, the details appear to correspond with allegations in her lawsuit. Clavicular also included videos featuring her as part of his response.
“Trying to get my attention in anyway possible, a lawsuit?” he wrote alongside a video in which she denied being in a relationship with Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters. “Seriously… really petty of you.” He also posted screenshots of text messages allegedly exchanged between him and the accuser, whom he had saved as “Leksy” in his phone. In one message dated December, she allegedly wrote, “I want you ngl.” When she was asked about being in a relationship, Peters reportedly responded, “I’ve been pretty busy.” Clavicular also shared an alleged handwritten letter from her in which she promised to give him her “loyalty” and thanked him for allowing her to stay with him.
In his second post addressing the allegations, Clavicular accused her of previously trying to get a job at Bacara, the Miami Beach nightclub in which he once held shares. “Lmao was literally trying to work at Bacara as a bottle girl… how about don’t finance cares you can’t afford,” he wrote, while sharing a screenshot of a TikTok DM she allegedly sent to another bottle girl, along with a video of her showing off a car. “Happens to all successful young men, people try to come for your money. Greed is evil.”
In the alleged DM, she wrote, “Hey so I have a question I know your [sic] a bottle girl and I’m so curious how much you make and how the job is and if it gets scary just your thoughts in general.”
He also responded to a post from FearedBuck discussing the lawsuit, writing, “What is this shit? Community notes?” The post later received a Community Note confirming that he had, in fact, been charged with rape, drugging a person for sexual intercourse, and providing alcohol to someone under 21.
In a lawsuit filed earlier this year, Aleksandra “Alorah Ziva” Vasilevna Mendoza alleged that Clavicular promised to help launch her career but instead took advantage of her. She claimed that he had sex with her before she turned 18 and injected drugs into her face. According to her lawsuit, she first met Clavicular at 16, when he paid her $1,000 to film videos.
After they finished recording, Clavicular allegedly arranged for her to take an Uber to his parents’ home in Cape Cod, where she said she was given “excessive amounts of alcohol.” She alleged that he took advantage of her while she was intoxicated and unable to consent to sexual intercourse, adding that she later regained consciousness during the alleged assault.
Clavicular denied the allegations earlier this year in a statement released through his attorney.
